About Me

 I have a passion for helping others navigate the emotional maze of common mental health issues. My emotional intelligence and warm empathic nature comes naturally. I enjoy witnessing a clients' transformation, when they want to be treated better by themselves and others. I am living proof that a contented future begins with the first step of self-discovery. Whether that begins in the past or present; finding the right therapist for you, is paramount to successful counselling. In 2005, I gained a 2:1 Psychology Degree (British Psychology Society). After working as a Mental Health Support Worker at a residential facility. I took the life affirming step to becoming a BACP registered counsellor (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). I graduated with a Level 4 Person Centred Counselling Diploma and I regularly take short courses for my professional development and ongoing expertise.  
Life isn't always easy  but I firmly believe that finding mental health support should be.
